Election of the best property below €300,000

The election took place at Sextant’s office in London. It wasn’t easy because there was a lot of properties in competition and we had to make 2 rounds of vote in order to find the best one.

Today we decided to elect the best property below €300,000 from Sextant website. It is a stone manor house with garden, terrace and outbuilding (near Saint Sernin): reference 12489 This property is located in the Aveyron, one of the best place in France for those who are looking to buy a character stone house.

This  stone property was spotted By Brice Bonato and he received our golden award for the 2008 November competition. We are aiming to continue to share with our visitors this competition every month and we are all looking forward for the best Christmas’ property which promises to be original!
