Agent commercial (Local estate agent)
As an Agent Commercial acting on behalf of Sextant Properties, you will be an ambitious and confident self-starter, will be responsible for the growth of the business through expansion of the existing property portfolio and marketing these properties to an international clientele. With the ability to work autonomously, this is essentially a field sales role, with the assured back-up of an experienced bilingual sales support team based out of Head Office.
Essential qualities we are looking for in an agent are stamina, loyalty and adaptability, as well as a genuine interest in property. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within estate agency in France, although we will consider applicants who have experience in real estate from other countries, or simply a strong track record in sales – we are open-minded. Given the success of our website, a good level of IT literacy is essential to the role, although full training will be given.
A basic knowledge of the French language is essential. However, a willingness to learn and develop this skill will be taken as seriously as someone fluent in the language.
Above all, individuals must understand that this is a self-employed role, where you will be establishing and growing your own estate agency business, under the auspices of Sextant Properties. You must be very disciplined, understand the level of commitment that will be required by the way we work, and be prepared to work within the confines of the legislation that governs estate agency in France – we are looking for serious and competent individuals who want to grow a long-term business.

French Property consultant
If you love customer contact, and if you have experience in the sale of French properties, this position is the right one for you! You will need to be fluent in both English and French.
Role/Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role is an integral part of the sales team. Working as part of a highly motivated team you will be responsible for advising clients on property choice, and brokering the process through to successful sales completion. Based in the very heart of London, you will provide a professional and knowledgeable service to clients buying holiday and permanent homes in the first overseas Market for the UK: France.
The Person:
You will be a professional, customer focused and commercial individual with exemplary sales experience. Ideally from a property background, your experience must include the sales and promotion of services. You must have substantial proven experience in a demanding sales role. Equally important are your personal qualities; we genuinely seek talented, driven individuals with the ability to continuously work to high standards and exceed targets in the challenging role. In return, the rewards are to work in a fast and forward moving business with excellent financial gain.
